Is pain keeping you from living the healthy, active life you desire?
Don’t live with it. Learn how to help yourself!

Are you pain-free and curious about how
MELT can help improve your performance?

Discover the missing link of any healthy,
active lifestyle, eliminate stuck stress,
and learn to restore balance in your whole body
with as little as 10 minutes a day.

Join MELT instructors Nicola Kidney and Monica Halper in this interactive, 2-hour self-care introduction. Using specialised soft body rollers and balls to simulate the results of hands-on manual therapy, we will introduce you to the key components of each sequence in the MELT Method book, so you can learn how to become your own Hands-Off Bodyworker®. We will demonstrate how MELTing can help relieve aches and pains, reduce inflammation and improve alignment. You will learn the basic principles of the MELT Method system and how to monitor your own progress. We will provide the MELT tools needed to participate in the workshop; should wish to purchase your own roller, ball kit or DVD set, they will be available at reduced prices at the end of the workshop.

Please note this workshop will entail lying on a roller on the floor so participants should be able to self-transfer down and up from the floor. If that is difficult for you, don't worry, you can still MELT, but private lessons may be the best avenue to learn specific adaptations suitable for you; contact us to begin your personal MELT journey.

The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment technique that eliminates chronic pain, improves performance, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. MELT was created by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann, based in New York City, and it’s an affordable addition to any wellness or fitness routine.
